Executive Council - Request for Quotes - Executive Council-RFQ-Water Delivery Services

The RFQ is being issued by the Province to establish a Supply Arrangement for the Bottleless Water Dispensers and a Supply Arrangement for delivery of Bottled Water Cooler Jugs to support Government of Alberta offices across Alberta. The scope of work includes two categories: 1. Bottleless Water Dispensers Provision, installation, and ongoing servicing of Bottleless Water Dispensers equipped with advanced filtration technology. Purchaser may choose to obtain Bottleless Water Dispensers through either of the following options: • Rental Subscription Option: A monthly, service included rental model whereby the Vendor retains ownership of the equipment and provides all maintenance, filter replacements, repairs, and servicing for the duration of the rental term; and • Purchase Option: A one-time capital purchase of the equipment. 2. Bottled Water Cooler Jugs Supply and delivery of safe, reliable, and hygienic potable water through water cooler jugs.
