Description
Olds College is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Human Capital Management (HCM) software solution that unifies HR processes, from recruiting to retirement, into a single platform. The software shall include all “Core HR” functions, as well as Talent Acquisition, full-featured Compensation, Benefits, Time Management & Payroll functionality, enterprise capable interconnectivity, and robust Analytics. The objective is to improve employee engagement, ensure compliance, and provide data-informed insights.
