Description
The Town is inviting proposals to complete the replacement of two (2) boiler units with high efficiency condensing boilers as per the proposed scope of work in this document. The existing units were originally installed in 2010/11 and are primary source of heating the portion of Fieldhouse area, Arena 2, lobby area and dressing rooms. Depending on the price proposed, the Town will consider replacing the two (2) existing glycol pumps tied to the boiler units.
The successful proponent shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the removal of existing boilers and the supply and installation of two (2) new high-efficiency floor-mounted boilers within the existing mechanical room. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/06/01.
