Project Description The Deliverables include a comprehensive verification (point to point) and maintenance program to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of the BMCS at the 50 Corriveau Ave and 2 Boudreau Road facilities. The scope of work includes: (A) Year 1 – Recommissioning Services/ Program install A one-time, full recommissioning of the existing BMCS, including: • System point-to-point verification (All inputs/outputs) • Network and wiring verification (Controllers) • Documented reporting • Installation of Reliable Controls RC-WebView software (B) Ongoing Preventative Maintenance (Years 1–5) Quarterly services (Jan/April/July/Oct) including: • Test network functionality/ Software updates • Sequence testing of Heating/Cooling systems • Air Handling Unit (AHU) sensor verification • Reporting and addressing operator issues and/or concerns
