Lac La Biche County - Request for Proposal - Holowachuk Estates & Sentinel Industrial Park Drainage Assessment

Lac La Biche County (the “County”) is pleased to invite Proponents to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Engineering Consulting Services for the Holowachuk Estates and Sentinel Industrial Park Drainage Assessment Project (the “Project”) in Lac La Biche, Alberta. The purpose of this Project is to identify existing drainage deficiencies, determine likely contributing causes, and develop practical engineering recommendations to reduce erosion, washouts, sedimentation, ponding, and future drainage-related risks. The County expects a comprehensive, solution-focused approach that considers the full drainage system within each study area, including grading, overland flow, ditches, culverts, stormwater infrastructure, erosion protection, sediment transport, and downstream receiving conditions. The work includes drainage assessment, preliminary design, and detailed design of selected improvements, including tender-ready drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. The intent is to advance County-directed improvements to a construction-ready stage.
