1. This RFQ is open only to Prequalified parties who have received notification from the City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor Status in the following Category: Road Construction or Asphalt Road Works.
2. Pavement rehabilitation of Builders Rd SE roadway from 1 St SE to 50 Ave SE, and Manhattan Rd SE roadway from 42 Ave SE to Blackfoot Tr SE
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to the direct commercial negotiations.
Estimated Scheduled Operation Date is October 02, 2026.
