City of Edmonton - Negotiated Request for Proposal - 939522 Supply And Delivery Of Vicinity Bus Parts, Components And Accessories

The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Event for the provision of the supply and delivery of Vicinity bus parts (or proposed equivalents). This procurement is a Standing Arrangement and may be consumed on an if, as, and when required basis for the City of Edmonton. Intended term of Contract: The initial Term of the Contract is one year, starting July 15, 2026. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to nine additional years. The length of any extensions is at the City’s sole discretion. The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Description of Goods document attached to the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba platform.
