Olds College - Request for Proposal - Roof Replacement for Industry Training Center (ITC) & Equine Centre / Farrier Lab

Olds College is seeking a specialized, experienced Contractor to provide a SBS roof replacement on the Industry Training Centre and Equine Centre at the Olds College campus located in Olds Alberta. This RFP is an invitation for qualified and experienced companies that possess knowledge, capability and experience to submit detailed bids for full roofing services that meet the needs of Olds College. Current roofs on the ITC and Equine buildings are at the end of their functional design life. These roofs are currently a built up system (BUR) including tar and gravel. The intention of this project is to replace these roofs with a SBS system with a projected life of 30 plus years. A consultant has been engaged to work with the Olds College Project Manager during design, construction, deficiencies, and warranty of the new roofs.
