SUMMARY OF WORK: The major items of work include the following approximate quantities: 1. General requirements including mobilization, de-mobilization and survey layout etc. 2. Remove and dispose 34m of existing 200mm dia. Storm Sewer 3. Remove and dispose of 5 v.m of existing 2 Manholes including Frame and Covers 4. Remove and dispose of 1 existing Curb & Gutters 5. Remove and dispose of 3,928m3 existing Asphalt (100mm-120mm depth) 6. Remove and dispose of / re-use 7,858m3 existing GBC (up to 300mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion) 7. Remove and dispose of 2,046m existing Curb & Gutters 8. Remove and dispose of 460m3 of existing Concrete (150mm -200mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion) 9. Remove and dispose of / submit existing 1 Fire Hydrant 10. Relocate (un-install and re-install complete) existing 17 Light Poles (single/double head) 11. 18,486m3 topsoil and organic material stripping, hauling to the designated area (within 1.0km), stockpiling and dispose off (300mm depth; subject to site conditions and deletion; subject to site conditions and deletion) 12. 31,252m3 common excavation including cut, fills, compaction, hauling to the designated area (within 1.0km) and stockpiling (subject to site condition and deletion) 13. 2,928m2 of existing asphalt milling (50mm depth) 14. Supply & install 60m, 3m wide trapezoidal day light channel including Class-1 riprap, geotextile complete; subject to site condition and deletion). 15. Supply & install new 1,230m, 300mm dia., PVC DR35 Sanitary Sewer (3m-5m depth) - shored vertical trench 16. Supply & install 7 new, 25.2 v.m of sulfate resistance 1,200mm diameter Manholes 17. Supply & install 7 new NF-80 (floating) Manhole’s Frame & Cover c/w Final Grade Adjustment 18. Tie-in 3 connections, 300mm dia. new Sanitary Sewer to existing Manholes 19. Tie-in 7 connections, 300mm dia. new Sanitary Sewer to existing Manholes including internal drop structure complete 20. Maintain (uninterrupted) sanitary services to all the residents throughout construction and bypass pumping of all sanitary flows including inflow and infiltration and back up pump from start till completion of project 21. Supply & install 31,746m3 clay complete including common excavation, cuts, fills, compaction, hauling and stockpiling (subject to site condition and deletion) 22.
