Grande Yellowhead Public School Division - Request for Proposal - Roofing Contractor Services at Jasper Jr/Sr High School

Grande Yellowhead Public School Division invites qualified roofing contractors to submit a proposal for the replacement of approximately 38,200 square feet of existing 2-ply SBS modified bitumen roof at Jasper Jr/Sr. High School, located in Jasper, Alberta. The intent of this project is to remove the existing waterproofing membranes and associated flashings down to the cover board layer and install a new cover board, cold applied base, cap SBS modified bitumen membranes, and flashings that meet or exceet current industry standards and applicable building codes. The work shall include all labour, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the re-rooring project in strict accordance with the Project Specifications. This includes coordination and execution of all required mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other associated trades to deliver a complete and fully functional roofing system.
