SUMMARY OF WORK: The major items of work include the following approximate quantities: 1. General requirements including mobilization, de-mobilization and survey layout etc. 2. Remove and dispose of 44m of existing Sanitary Sewer (200mm dia.) 3. Remove and dispose of 3.4 v.m of existing 1 Manholes including Frame and Covers 4. Remove and dispose of 18m existing, 150mm dia. Watermain 5. Remove and dispose of 16m existing, 525mm dia. Storm Sewer 6. Remove and dispose of / submit 1 existing Water Valves (150mm dia.) 7. Remove and dispose of 26m of existing Monolithic Concrete Walkway 8. Remove and dispose of 692m3 existing Asphalt (100mm-120mm depth) 9. Remove and dispose of 1,724m3 existing GBC (up to 300mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion) 10. Remove and dispose of 251m of existing Curb & Gutters 11. 1,443 m3 topsoil and organic material stripping, hauling to the designated area (within 1.0km), stockpiling and dispose off (300mm depth; subject to site conditions and deletion) 12. 7,218 m3 Common excavation including cut, fills, compaction, hauling to the designated area (within 1.0km) and stockpiling (subject to site condition and deletion) 13. 304m ditch construction complete including erosion protection, topsoil and seeding (subject to site condition and deletion) 14. Supply & install new 198m of PVC DR35 Sanitary Sewer 300mm dia. (3m-5m depth) – shored vertical trench 15. Supply & install 6 new, 23.6 v.m of sulfate resistance 1,200mm diameter Manholes 16. Supply & install 5 new NF-80 (floating) Manhole’s Frame & Cover c/w Final Grade Adjustment 17. Tie-in 2 connections, 300mm dia. new Sanitary Sewer to existing Manholes 18. Maintain (uninterrupted) sanitary services to all the residents throughout construction and bypass pumping of all sanitary flows including inflow and infiltration and back up pump from start till completion of project 19. Supply & install 8,251m3 clay complete including common excavation, cuts, fills, compaction, hauling and stockpiling (subject to site condition and deletion) 20. Over excavation and disposal of approximately 200m3 of unsuitable material (subject to site condition and deletion) 21. Over excavation and placement of 200m3 of Washed Rock (subject to site condition and deletion) 22. Approximately 100m of Special Foundation (1m wide, 150mm depth concrete subject to site condition and deletion) 23. Supply & install new 203m of Ultra Rib Storm Sewer 525mm dia. (3m-5m depth) – shored vertical trench 24. Tie-in 1 connection 525mm dia. new Storm Sewer to existing Manhole 25. Supply & install 2 new, 8.5 v.m of sulfate resistance 1,200mm diameter CB Manholes 26. Supply & install 5 new 610 CB with 250mm dia. leads complete 27. Supply & install 2 new 900 CB with 450mm dia. leads combined with Trash Rack complete 28. Maintain (uninterrupted) stormwater / drainage throughout construction and bypass pumping of all stormwater / drainage flows and back up pump from start till completion of project 29. Supply & install new 262m of C-900, PVC DR18 Watermain 300mm dia. (3m depth) – shored vertical trench 30. Tie-in 2 connections 300mm dia. new Watermain to existing Watermain complete 31. Supply and install 4 new, 300mm Gate Valve c/w Valve Box complete 32. Supply and install 3 new Fire Hydrant, Valve and Lead complete 33. Supply and install 3, 50mm dia. new Flush Point with plug complete 34. Maintain (uninterrupted) water supply to all the residents throughout construction 35. Supply and install 1,060m3 Sub-Grade Preparation (150mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion) 36. Reuse and install 874m3 existing road’s Gravel Base Course (GBC; 300mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion) 37. Supply and install 2,121m3 new Gravel Base Course (GBC; 300mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion) 38. Supply and install 5,832m2 of new Hotmix Asphalt Concrete Paving (120 mm depth; two lifts; 70mm and 50mm; subject to site condition and deletion) 39. Supply and install 5,832m2 of Cement Stabilization (25Kg/m2/300mm) 40. Supply and install 7,068m2 of Geotextile (16oz/yd2; subject to site condition and deletion) 41. Supply and install 7,068m2 of Geogrid (subject to site condition and deletion) 42. Maintain (uninterrupted) access to all the residents throughout construction 43. Restore (supply & install complete) 2 existing Private Access to its original or better conditions 44. Supply and install 12 new Cobra Head Street Lights complete (subject to site condition and deletion) 45. Supply and install new 618m, 1.5m wide Concrete Walkway 46. Supply and install new 832m of 150 Curb & 250mm Gutter (straight face) 47. Supply and install 5,000m2 of new Topsoil (100 mm depth; subject to site condition and deletion) 48. Supply and install 2,000m2 Seeding (subject to site condition and deletion) 49. Supply and install new 3,000m2 Sod (subject to site condition and deletion)
