Description
Install dehumidifying equipment to address existing humidity within three (3) commercial walk-in freezers. Client staff in the unaffected areas of the floor will be present; therefore, the space will remain operational throughout construction. The project will consist of demolition, conventional construction, HVAC, electrical, power/separate circuits, removal and reinstall of existing lighting fixtures, concrete block wall coring, ceiling demolition, reconstruction, paint and work on the roof to install mechanical vents.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 6 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/06/15.
