Description
The University of Alberta Earth and Atmospheric Sciences Department is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the supply, delivery, installation, and ongoing support of a 193 nm portable Laser Ablation System.
This instrument will serve the Integrated Geobiology Research Facility (IGRF), as the primary solid-sampling interface for a Triple Quadrupole ICP-MS. This system will support research in trace-element geochemistry, geochronology and elemental/isotopic imaging of geologic and biologic natural materials. Proposals that omit details or only offer partial fulfilment of critical specifications outlined below will not receive points for those categories or may be disqualified.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/06/20.
