City of Grande Prairie - Request for Proposal - Engineering Services for 2027 Bridge Repair and Maintenance Program

The City of Grande Prairie (the “City”) is requesting detailed and comprehensive proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms specializing in bridge repair and maintenance to provide engineering and project management services for the 2027 Bridge Repair and Maintenance Program. The successful proponent will provide engineering services to support the delivery of maintenance and minor repair works on existing bridge infrastructure. The intent of the program is to maintain safety, preserve asset condition, and extend service life through timely and cost-effective interventions. The Consultant will support all phases of the program including condition review, design, tender preparation, construction administration, and post-construction services. All work will meet or exceed the City of Grande Prairie Design and Construction Manuals, Alberta Transportation Bridge Design Guidelines, and Alberta Transportation Standard Specifications for Bridge Construction.
