Municipality of Jasper - E-Bike and charging stations

he Municipality of Jasper is seeking information from suppliers, vendors, operators, and third-party service providers regarding the potential deployment of a public or municipal e-bike fleet and charging station system. The Municipality is currently considering approximately twenty-four (24) e-bikes and a minimum of two (2) charging stations; however, final quantities, equipment type, ownership model, operating model, locations, budget, and schedule have not been confirmed. The Municipality is interested in understanding available market options, including direct equipment purchase, turnkey deployment, technology integration, maintenance and warranty support, seasonal deployment considerations, and potential third-party operated service models. This Request for Expression of Interest is for information-gathering and planning purposes only. It is not a tender, Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation, or commitment to purchase. Information received may be used to inform a future procurement process, including the potential identification of Respondents for invitation to a future restricted procurement process.
