Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services for Kinex Arena Lifecycle Repairs, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The Construction Manager shall participate with the Owner and the full consultant team in the Pre-Construction Phase to assist in matters of budgeting, constructability, construction document review, proposed phasing of the Kinex Arena Lifecycle Repairs scope of work. The CM will provide budget pricing with the assistance of all related major subtrades to a Class ‘A’ level estimate approaching pre-tender accuracy. Upon agreeing to the scope the CM will then be engaged to implement and fulfill the construction of the work as Construction Manager/General Contractor.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 17 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/07/16.
