Keyano College - Request for Proposal - KC-2026-013-RFP-Unified Student Payment Platform

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Keyano College (the “College”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Unified Student Payment Platform. Keyano College seeks a secure, cloud-hosted, enterprise-grade payment platform that consolidates in-scope student payment streams into one integrated solution. The platform must support tuition payments, Continuing Education fees, APAS application fee payments, My Trade Secrets (MTS) apprenticeship payments, refunds, reconciliation, reporting, and audit trails. The solution must integrate with the College’s Anthology environment for account lookup, payment posting, payment status updates, reconciliation data, reporting, and audit requirements. The selected proponent will be expected to work with Keyano College and applicable product vendors to design, configure, test, implement, and support the required payment integrations
