APC Notice of Clarification 2 and Addendum 3 issued on June 25, 2026. APC Notice of Clarification 1, Addendum 1 and 2 issued on June 18, 2026. The selected proponent will review the previous consultant investigation, along with supplemental investigation required to provide recommendations and construction documents for repair or replacement of the slab and connecting foundations. Required as part of the consultant contract will include: • the consultant to review the existing consultant investigation, as well as providing their own review of the site and any supplemental investigation required; • recommendations for repair or replacement of the slab and connecting foundations; • geotechnical testing; • survey; • recommendations for regrading outside of the unit
