City of Edmonton - Negotiated Request for Proposal - 938837 Technology Infrastructure Services Agreement (TISA)

*Important* An executed NDA is a prerequisite to gain full access to the event information. The Event Owner will need to review responses before participants will gain full access to the Sourcing Event within the SAP Ariba platform. The NDA must be executed in full compliance with the bidder's internal authorization requirements and must be received by the Event Owner at least 27 days prior to the Response Deadline (Friday June 19, 2026). The City reserves the right to reject any bids submitted without the submission of an executed NDA 27 days prior to the Response Deadline. The City of Edmonton (the City) invites bidders to submit bids for the Technology Infrastructure Services Agreement (TISA). This Contract involves the supply, delivery, installation, professional services and ongoing support of various hardware and software within multiple key technology Domains for the City on an if, as, and when required basis. Contractors under this Standing Arrangement will be awarded through Direct Assignment and/or Complete Call-Up methods covering the following Domains: 1. Server Solutions; 2. Storage and Backup Solutions; 3. Database Management; 4. Telecom & Internet of Things; 5. Network and Application Delivery; 6. Artificial Intelligence; and 7. Software Development. Intended term of Contract: The initial Term of the Contract is two year(s), starting September 1, 2026. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to two additional year(s). The length of any extension(s) is at the City’s sole discretion. The City may enter into contracts with more than one bidder under this Sourcing Event.
