    Description
    The City is inviting quotations from qualified and experienced respondents to provide consulting services related to the development of a water and wastewater utility rate review study, and model. The City expects the work to commence promptly after the contract execution and to end upon the completion of the Deliverables. If the provided model requires a license or subscription, the initial term of the Agreement shall be for three (3) years. The City, at its sole discretion, may extend the term for an additional four (4) years in two (2) year increments. The required completion date for the Deliverables is to be no later than December 31st, 2026.

    The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/09/01.
