Description
1. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified in the following category: Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ 25-099) Northeast Athletic Complex
2. This Project consists of the development of the Northeast Athletic Complex (NEAC) as a community hub for health, wellness, arts and culture in northeast Calgary. The project consists of a Fieldhouse Facility, cricket field, artificial turf fields, site development, and parking.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. Scheduled operational date is November 30,2028.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 26 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/09/17.
