.1 Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 RV & Camping Expansion .2 Municipal Address: Pigeon Lake Provincial Park - 15072 TWP Road 470; County of Wetaskiwin No. 10 .3 Legal Description: SW-6-47-1-5. .4 Physical Limits: Work of the Contract is not necessarily restricted to work within property lines of site, but includes all Work required by Contract Documents, both within and outside property lines. .5 Work of the Project, of which Work of this Contract is a part, comprises the following: .2 Construction of a new campground loop at Pigeon Lake Provincial Park, as detailed in the drawings and specifications, including: .1 Construction of a new connector road from the existing main campground road to the new campsite loop .2 Construction of new campsite loop roads .3 Construction of fifty (50) new powered campsite stalls including four (4) barrier-free campsite stalls. Stalls to be complete with site marker posts, picnic tables, and firepits .4 Power service (30Amp + 15Amp) to each campsite, and to each vault toilet including transformers, kiosks, power pedestals, etc. for a fully operational system .5 Site amenities including vault toilets, garbage/recycling bins, traffic and wayfinding signage, etc. .6 Connection to the existing water supply line, provision of water fill stations, including lines, directional drilling, valves, markers, etc. .7 All related sitework including clearing, grubbing, swales, culverts, borrow pit, berm, seeding, and related site remediation .8 Provisional items including one vault toilet, one water fill station, connector path.
