Peace River School Division - PRSD Grimshaw Yard Upgrades

Peace River School Division is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to assess, design, and provide recommendations for fencing, site grading, gravel pad construction, drainage, landscaping, and related yard improvements at the Division’s Central Operations yard in Grimshaw. The Division has completed preliminary investigations and has existing engineering concepts and background information available. However, the Division has not finalized the scope of work and is seeking the expertise of qualified proponents to evaluate the site conditions, review available documentation, identify opportunities and constraints, and recommend practical and cost-effective solutions. This RFP is intended to identify a qualified partner to assist the Division in determining the most appropriate course of action. The Division may proceed with all, part, or none of the recommended work depending on pricing, recommendations, operational needs, and available budget.
