Description
Pleasant View Place is a combined site with 59 Lodge units (including five mobility-accessible units) and 150 Apartment units (including four mobility-accessible units) in an eight-storey building, with the Lodge occupying the main floor located at 5210 - 110 Street, Edmonton, AB.GEF Seniors Housing, on behalf of ASHC, is seeking a Prime Contractor to deliver a turn-key modernization solution for the two duplex traction passenger elevators serving the building.
The scope of work includes reviewing the attached documents/ specifications outlined by the Consultant Bambrough and Associates Inc.
The intention of this project is to be a turn-key solution that shall include all necessary work and upgrades to make the modernized elevators Code compliant. Elevator contractor to act as a prime contactor for this modernization.
Maintenance agreement is required to be submitted separately to GEF, and no cost included in modernization bid. One-year warranty maintenance after acceptance of last modernized elevator.
Maintenance agreement with GEF starts after warranty term ends.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 7 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/07/27.
