The intent of this Adjusted Price bid call is to solicit and receive formal offers to perform the following work:
RED DEER - RECOVERY COMMUNITY - Flooring Replacement
Project is located in Red Deer, Alberta. It is a renovation to existing Recovery Center. The Scope of the project includes replacing flooring, underlay, cove base for multiple areas including washrooms, laundry rooms, shower rooms, staff housekeeping, male dining, female dining, housekeeping rooms etcetera. Also, millwork alterations and other work as specified in the drawings and documents.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/09/15.
