The intent of this RFP is to identify one or more Proponent(s) who will be a qualified third party partner to deliver this tenured program for ATB in Fiscal Year 27. ATB has been running a proprietary client experience program for over 15 years. The Proponent will be required to abide by the Canadian Research Insights Council (CRIC) research standards.
