City of Edmonton - Negotiated Request for Proposal - 939531 Scaffolding and Fencing Services

The City of Edmonton (the City) invites bidders to submit bids for the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment required to perform installations, dismantling, repairs, and ongoing maintenance on the following categories on an if, as and when required basis. Category I - Scaffolding Services Category II - Temporary Fencing Services Category III - Permanent Fencing Services Bidders can submit bids on one, or more than one category. The Form of Agreement, located in the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba Platform, defines the Work the successful bidder will perform. Intended term of Contract: The initial Term of the Contract is 2 years, starting December 15, 2026. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to 8 additional years. The length of any extensions is at the City’s sole discretion. The City may enter into contracts with more than one bidder in each category under this Sourcing Event.
