The selected proponent will provide end-to-end outbound mail services (as defined below), ensuring: • Timely delivery and processing • Cost optimization across carriers and service levels • Compliance with applicable postal, customs, and regulatory requirements • Transparency through tracking, reporting, and performance measurement b) Scope Overview The University is seeking a partnered service model to support US and International outbound mail handling, while maintaining institutional oversight of governance, compliance, and internal distribution. The scope may include hybrid delivery models.
