    https://www.merx.com/private/buyer/solicitations/3949685601 1.2 RFP Scope and Deliverables The Distribution Services (DS) department of the University is inviting Proponents to submit their detailed proposals that have the resources, qualifications, experience and ability to satisfy the following requirements: a) Objective The purpose of this RFP is to establish a qualified service provider to deliver secure, compliant, and efficient US and International mail handling services that support the University’s operational, financial, and research activities. The selected proponent will provide end-to-end outbound mail services (as defined below), ensuring: • Timely delivery and processing • Cost optimization across carriers and service levels • Compliance with applicable postal, customs, and regulatory requirements • Transparency through tracking, reporting, and performance measurement b) Scope Overview The University is seeking a partnered service model to support US and International outbound mail handling, while maintaining institutional oversight of governance, compliance, and internal distribution. The scope may include hybrid delivery models.

    The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/09/15.
