City of Lloydminster - Request for Proposal - Lloydminster Golf Course Operator Services

The City of Lloydminster (City) is seeking Proposals from qualified proponents to operate and manage comprehensive golf services at the Lloydminster Golf and Curling Centre (LGCC). The successful Vendor will act as the primary operator and customer-facing service provider for all golf related services, including but not limited to: • Pro shop retail operations • Golf instruction and player development • Back shop and cart services • Tournament and event coordination • League development and programming • Food and beverage services (restaurant and on-course beverage cart) • Customer service and overall guest experience The successful Vendor will be responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and high-quality golf experience that supports participation growth, customer retention, and overall facility profitability. The City is seeking a Vendor with strong leadership, proven golf operations experience, and a demonstrated ability to grow the game of golf across all demographics, including youth and new participants.
