Legal Aid Alberta (LAA) delivers legal services across Alberta as part of the justice system in Alberta, enhancing access to justice for Albertans under an income-tested eligibility criteria. This Request for Information aims to discover the market's capabilities to improve the reliability, consistency, and usability of performance data for oversight and reporting. The Province is seeking information to understand the range of services available in the marketplace to support this independent data verification.
