Alberta iGaming Corporation - Request for Proposal - Building Security and Access Control System

AiGC is seeking responses from qualified vendors for the supply, installation, configuration, commissioning, documentation, training, and support of an enterprise-grade physical security system for a leased building space in Edmonton, Alberta. The leased space is currently empty, with all furnishings, interior walls, and flooring removed. The project to design and build out the space is well underway, with anticipated occupancy in mid September. A proposed software platform that supports the physical infrastructure must be a unified enterprise grade security, access control, CCTV, and alarm/intrusion system with both on-premise and cloud or hybrid-cloud capabilities. The system must allow authorized users to manage doors, cameras, alarms, events, users, reports, and system health from a single integrated platform while supporting secure remote access, local resiliency, future expansion, and transparent licensing.
