City of Lacombe - Request for Proposal - Replacement of Make-Up Air Unit- Lacombe Memorial Centre

The purpose of this project is to proactively replace the MUA Unit prior to a complete system failure. Taking this preventative approach will significantly reduce facility downtime and minimize disruptions to building operations. Additionally, this replacement will help maintain the building at a high operational and performance standard, ensuring continued reliability and efficiency. Due to the public nature of our building, we need to limit downtime to minimize impact on bookings. Remove and dispose of the existing MUA Unit Supply new unit to site including crane supply Disconnect and reconnect the electrical and gas Supply and install new controls that connect with the current hood fans Provide air balance to the new MUA Unit
