The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide professional services to conduct impartial Respectful Workplace investigations, Workplace Restorations and Appropriate Dispute Resolution services. These practices will be used to manage and address highly sensitive Respectful Workplace allegations of harassment, bullying, disrespectful behaviour and discrimination, including microaggressions and behaviours against marginalized groups. Professional services must include restorative and trauma informed practices with all Investigative and Restorative interventions applied

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 83 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/11/01.
