Lakeland College - Request for Proposal - Prime Consultant Services - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Lakeland College invites proposals from qualified multidisciplinary Prime Consultant teams to provide professional consulting services for two (2) capital projects located at the Vermilion and Lloydminster campuses. The successful proponent will be retained as Prime Consultant for both projects. Project 1 (Equine Facility) is anticipated to proceed through all phases of design, procurement, construction, commissioning, project closeout and warranty review. Project 2 (Lloydminster Campus Space Planning and Renovation Project) will initially proceed through the completion of Space Planning and Schematic Design. Proponents shall also provide optional pricing for subsequent phases through Construction Administration should Lakeland College elect to proceed. The Prime Consultant shall provide and coordinate all architectural, engineering, estimating, stakeholder engagement, tendering support, construction administration, commissioning support, and project closeout services necessary to complete the work described in this Request for Proposal. The College intends to enter into a negotiated professional services agreement with the successful proponent. The agreement will be based upon the Prime Consultant's standard form of agreement, subject to review and acceptance by Lakeland College. One (1) Prime Consultant will be selected for both projects. Proponents must submit proposals that address both projects.
