This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals to provide consulting services in assisting Covenant Health (“Covenant”) in preparing a comprehensive model of care and business plan for future mental health hubs in the province of Alberta, as more particularly described in Schedule A.
