Description
MacEwan University requires a qualified vendor to support ongoing furniture needs across campus, including new projects, renovations, and operations requirements. Given the volume and variety of furniture needs, the University is seeking a vendor that can provide a comprehensive, end-to-end solution, including supply, planning support, delivery, installation, and post-installation services.
This procurement will enable the University to streamline furniture acquisition and implementation by working with a vendor that can provide:
• A wide range of furniture solutions suitable for post-secondary environments
• Expertise in space planning and test fits to support effective use of space
• Coordinated delivery and installation services aligned with project schedules
• Ongoing repair and maintenance support to ensure long-term performance
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 35 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2027/01/20.
