Security Guards for Special Events ( 22-1683 )

This Solicitation is open to all interested vendors Security Guard Services for special events that involves large public events that have larger crowd & traffic control expectations and/or some higher risk scenarios that are determined by corporate security threat risk assessments . Some examples include but not limited to ; o Festivals ,musical events ,shows o sporting events o family festivities o public events This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Agreement will be for an initial term of two (2) years. After the initial term, The City will have an option to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for four (4) years for a potential total term not to exceed six (6) years.
