MST • New Service Start Date: July 3, 2024 • New Substantial Completion: September 13, 2024 POSTED - May 3, 2024 The Town of Banff, as the owner responsible for the operations of the retired Animal Control Facility located at 140 Hawk Ave, is seeking proposals from qualified proponents for Species at risk mitigation, Hazard Substance Removal, Electrical Disconnection, Structure Demolition, Sanitary Sewer Deletion, and Site Remediation Services The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a vendor who can efficiently and effectively provide Comprehensive Site Services in accordance with the specifications outlined in this document. The project involves several critical tasks: 1. Hazard Removal: Safely removing hazardous materials. 2. Demolition: Demolishing the existing structure. 3. Electrical Disconnection: Disconnecting electrical systems. 4. Sanitary Sewer Deletion: Deleting sanitary sewer connections. 5. Site Remediation: Transforming the site into a reclaimed piece of land suitable for future development. The Town of Banff reserves the right to modify the terms or cancel the RFP process at any time.
