** Addendum #2 has been issued. This is the final Addendum. The submission deadline has been changed to December 2nd. **Addendum #1 has been added to answer questions received up to Thursday, November 17th. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit Proposals for the detailed design, public engagement, tendering, construction and post-construction components of the replacement of the water, storm and sanitary infrastructure beneath Marler Drive from Parkview Drive to 68 Street. The existing water, storm, and sanitary mains and services are in poor condition and it has become expensive to maintain. The City is planning for full replacement of the water, storm and sanitary mains for the entire length (1600m) of construction to be completed in at least two phases (2023 & 2024). In addition, all services will be upgraded to City standards (water, storm and sanitary) for all properties currently serviced from Marler Drive.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 23 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2022/12/20.
