Description
Sole source is proposed to Salary.Com a Compensation Market Data Tool to support compensation practices, primarily pay equity reviews and market data comparisons. We will be implementing a compensation tool that will be very effective, especially in the following area: Survey participation. Salary structure costing analysis Internal equity analysis Reporting and analytics There is a large integration component into a number of AFSC applications and we believe that Salary.com is the most suitable program after some review. The Contract is intended to commence October 31, 2023 for three years and shall be reviewed annually unless terminated earlier. Salary.com CompAnalyst Enterprise tool will be used until such time as AFSC’s business needs change. The annual estimated cost is approximately $48,000USD. During the Contract, AFSC: a) may purchase more Goods or Services than the estimated value, or b) may purchase less Goods or Services than the estimated value, and c) is not obligated to purchase any Goods or Services All questions relative to this notice must be directed to the AFSC Buyer, via email at RFP@afsc.ca. This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 (Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Article 14: Procurement of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA).
