Supply of Power Distribution Units and Power Distribution Modules (23-0200)

1. This RFQ is open to all interested parties. 2. The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking quotes from manufacturers and/or authorized resellers of Cabinet Level Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and Power Distribution Modules (PDMs) for The City’s Data Centers. The City anticipates a requirement of approximately 10 to 20 units per year. Other purchases will be made on an as needed basis. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. It is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one year (1) year, with an option in favour of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) additional terms of (1) year each not to exceed three (3) years in total.
