Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the MD Minburn Foundation, "the Owner". The Owner is seeking to retain the services of a Prime Consultant and team for the Senior's Housing Development Project. The successful proponent will be responsible for architectural and engineering services related to the successful design and construction of MD of Minburn Foundation, Homestead Lodge - Senior's Housing Development (MHFD). Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contract any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the Owner, other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the Proponent and the rejection of the Proponent's submission.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 32 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/04/29.
