Description
It is the intention of the City to establish a long-term strategic agreement with a proponent to supply materials for our ongoing electrical distribution maintenance and project requirements. This proponent may be asked to provide additional materials throughout the duration of the contract.
The City intends to enter an agreement for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to three (3), two (2) year extensions.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/08/01.
