    Description
    EPCOR requires the services, on an as-required basis, of a qualified Proponent(s) for the laboratory testing and diagnostic analysis of mineral oil and other liquid insulating material samples drawn from network / distribution / transmission transformers and other medium and high voltage equipment. The scope of Work as it relates to testing for PCB content is considered as “as needed” testing. The scope of Work as it relates to all other testing is considered as “routine testing”. EPCOR may award to more than one Successful Proponent(s), one award for routine testing and another for as-needed testing.  The award of the work (whether it be one Successful Proponent for both types of tests (routine and as-needed or two Successful Proponents (one for routine and as-needed) will be at EPCOR’s discretion, as the submissions as they relate to routine tests and as-needed tests will be evaluated independently.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/10/01.
