Scope of the Project Management Work: The Town of Edson project delivery process includes the engagement of a qualified Project Management Firm to work with the Town and County, its consultants and contractors to develop a comprehensive project plan for the Construction/Renovation Program at the Edson and District Leisure Centre to result in YCE Multi-Purpose Facility. The Project Management Firm shall provide construction related expertise and services during the tender, construction, commissioning and post-construction stages of the Project as outlined in this Request for Proposal and all attachments thereto, including the “Professional Services Agreement Between Owner and Project Manager”. As the project will be completed in phases, the Project Management may advise on different Procurement methods for each phase of construction or renovation, as the case may be. Site of the Work: The Site Area is defined as follows: • Edson and District Leisure Centre located at 1021-49 Street, Edson AB. Standards of the Work: Performance Standards for the duration of this Agreement are defined as follows: The Project Management Firm shall act as owner’s agent through the pre-tender, design, tender and construction administration phases. They will work closely with the consultant and construction team to ensure smooth project delivery and provide direction to the consultant and construction team as required.
