Description
The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking a qualified firm to perform Planned Maintenance, Call Out Service, and all other work noted in this RFP on all Elevating Devices operated in all The City’s facilities identified in Appendix C. Bow Valley College may seek to contract with the Top-Ranked Respondents on the same terms pursuant to clause#6.8 under Terms and Conditions of the RFP process. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Agreement will be for an initial term of three (3) years. The Agreement may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms to a maximum of seven (7) years.
