1. This Request for Proposal is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category:" Buildings General Contractor (C7400200)". 2. Description: The project will consist of two convertible ice rinks (NHL / Hybrid), with a spectator seating capacity of 200 and 500. Other program items include team rooms, two tenant team rooms, a spectator concourse, a multipurpose room, a classroom, support spaces, and the main lobby. 3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Agreement Term: Until project completion scheduled for 2025 December 01.
