Cypress County seeks to develop two (2) multi-use facilities that will accommodate public works vehicles and firefighting service vehicles and equipment.
The Hamlet of Irvine location is to be built on the corner of Thompson Street and S. Railway Ave.
The Hamlet of Seven Persons location is to be built on the corner of 4th Ave. and Mildred Street.
Each location will be of similar design as usage intent for the public works and fire services. Building areas is approximately 4,712 Sq. Ft. Each. The facilities will include offices, washrooms and equipment bays. The site plans include parking, graveled yard, and fencing.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 7 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/05/15.
