This Project involves functional programming validation, concept design, schematic design, design development, detailed design, tendering document development, construction administration services, and services during commissioning and warranty for the successful completion of a new emissions neutral, LEED Silver certified, transit operations and maintenance garage capable of storing and maintaining a fleet of up to 430 forty-foot equivalent (FFE) buses with 24/7 operations.
The new Southeast Transit Bus Garage (NEW O&M) will be located on a parcel that will be rezoned and subdivided from Lot 1, Block 23, Plan 0729093, or 1704-91 Street SW, within the Ellerslie Industrial neighbourhood.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/01/22.
