Parkland County is seeking proposals from qualified professional engineering consulting firms for the provision of engineering consulting services for the Highway 16A Intersection Improvements at Spruce Valley Road and at Pinchbeck Road/Bevington Road. Engineering consulting services include preliminary and detailed design, tender and contract document preparation, tender evaluation and recommendation, construction administration, cost control during construction, construction supervision, quality assurance and post construction warranty and Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) services. This project will involve reconstruction of two intersections on a Provincial Highway as well as extension of a waterline and a wastewater line under Highway 16A. Signals and Streetlights are expected to be included in the design and construction deliverables.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 25 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/02/06.
